: Every public company shall prepare the annual financial statement, director's report, auditor's report, report prepared in accordance with section 78 and proposals to be presented in the meeting at least twenty one days before the meeting at the company's registered office. Arrangements should be made for the shareholders to be able to inspect and if a shareholder requests a copy of the same after filing an application, a copy of the same should be given to him. However, the proposals presented in the meeting as special proposals should be sent to the address of the shareholders along with the notice of the meeting.
